We want you to feel confident shopping with Brass Bellas Supply Co. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review the situation in accordance with the policy below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Email us at help@brassbellassupplyco.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
Approved order issues are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.
Store Credit Only
If a claim is approved for a verified issue that falls within our policy, compensation will be issued as store credit only.
We do not offer cash refunds, card refunds, or exchanges unless required by law.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be available for purchase at checkout. This insurance is the only protection offered for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If shipping insurance is purchased, claims for covered shipping issues must be handled according to the terms of the insurance provider.
If shipping insurance is not purchased at checkout, Brass Bellas Supply Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and cannot replace or credit those orders.
What Is Not Eligible
Store credit will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Minor variations in color, appearance, or finish
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages when shipping insurance was not purchased
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless there is a verified fulfillment error on our part.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute. We are happy to review concerns that fall within our stated policy.
