Shipping Policy

We know the second you place an order, you’re already halfway to the mailbox in your mind. We get it. That’s why we work hard to get your goodies packed up and headed your way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Our typical turnaround time is same day to 5 business days.

During large sales, product drops, holidays, high-volume periods, or scheduled closures, processing time may extend up to 10 business days.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or announced shop closure dates. For the most accurate timeline, please refer to our Business Days Calendar.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. In some cases, UPS may be used instead.

Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, destination, and the method that best serves your order.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are emailed once your shipping label has been created.

  • A tracking number being issued does not always mean the package has already begun moving through the carrier’s system.
  • Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking activity.
  • Once your order has been handed over to USPS or UPS, transit times and carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work hard to ensure your order is processed promptly, Brass Bellas Supply Co is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related transit issues, lost mail, stolen packages, or delivery problems once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly before reaching out.

Combined Orders

We are always happy to try to combine multiple orders when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak business periods.

If we are able to combine your orders, a partial shipping refund may be issued based on the final package size and weight.

To request a possible order combination, please email help@brassbellassupplyco.com within 12 hours of placing your most recent order.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Brass Bellas Supply Co is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact help@brassbellassupplyco.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, insufficient address information, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

If you need your order by a specific deadline or have a shipping carrier preference between USPS and UPS, please contact us before placing your order at help@brassbellassupplyco.com.

We will always do our best to accommodate requests when possible, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
