Custom Mold FAQ:
Purchasing this listing means you have read, understood, and agreed to the information in this listing.

When will my custom ship?
During standard sale periods, customs typically ship within 5 business days of purchase.

During large sales or high-volume events, turnaround time may extend up to 15 business days. If that happens, you’ll be notified. I run a tight ship over here, not a guessing game.

If you purchase other items along with your custom, they will ship with your custom order unless you request separate shipping. Separate shipping will require an additional shipping fee.

Why do customs cost more?
Because custom work is a luxury, not a bargain bin situation. ✨

Each custom mold requires a housing print, which takes approximately 3 to 5 hours to produce. That means filament cost, printer wear, and production time that has to be carved out alongside regular inventory and customer orders.

I keep custom pricing as fair as possible and only charge for the actual housing print process, including materials and machine wear. Your custom design includes up to 3 revisions at no additional charge, because I want it right and I want you happy.

Once revisions go beyond that, additional fees may apply. At that point, it stops being a quick custom and starts becoming a full-blown side quest, and babe...those are not free.

Can customs be expedited?
Typically, no. Customs are worked into production as efficiently as possible while keeping the rest of the shop moving the way it should.
